The German chrome plating process achieves a chrome layer density of 300 mesh/mm^2 and a surface hardness of HV900;
　　in contrast, the standard chrome plating process has a density of only 60 mesh/mm^2 and a hardness of HV700, a difference of five times! Our cylinders' chrome layer thickness reaches 0.25~0.30mm, surpassing the 0.2mm thickness that requires a unique process and special plating solutions and equipment.
