Hydraulic Cylinder Assembly Preparation

　　1. Prepare drawings, technical documents, and work instruction documents according to the production instructions for our hydraulic cylinders.
　　2. According to the assembly batch, prepare all parts and components listed in the assembly diagram or table in one go.
　　3. Re-inspect the main mating dimensions of parts and components, and perform grouping and matching for assembly if necessary; ensure that outsourced and purchased parts come with a certificate of conformity to guarantee all parts and components entering assembly are qualified and within their effective use period.
　　4. The stroke adjustment organization of the adjustable stroke cylinder should be sensitive and reliable, meeting the precision requirements.
　　5. The working surfaces and mating surfaces of main parts and components must not have defects such as rust, scratches, or bumps. All seals (including dust seals, retaining rings, support rings, etc.) must not be damaged.
　　6. Before assembling the parts of the hydraulic cylinder, remove burrs, and blunt sharp corners and edges not shown in the drawings (except for sealing groove edges).
　　7. Thoroughly clean all parts and components to meet cleanliness requirements, excluding seals.
　　8. Parts and components of the hydraulic cylinder should be dried after cleaning before assembly; parts and components not assembled immediately should be wrapped or covered with plastic sheeting.
　　9. Take inventory and register assembly tools, process jigs, and low-value consumables used for assembling hydraulic cylinders.
